you learn from the wisdom of others. 

a long time ago during a debrief, he said at the end of a long project there is a sense of loss, 'coming down', a sense of displacement. it hits a lot of people and they are not sure why that is the case. 

I feel it for events too, even a one day event. because I stress about them 2 months prior, so yes, when it is over, it is a loss of something I have been worrying about for a long time. 

my learning points for today are 

- always clear the slides with the boss...

- the invitations team is the most important 

- having a great team makes a difference.
