It's been so long. Why did people ask? Why do they still?

Days like today help me to understand. 

I do love my friends. I do understand what love is, sort of. And when you described it as boundless, without limit, I felt really happy. That's exactly how I feel. I have space enough in my heart to love many people. 

Understanding this, helps me understand - I don't love you. 

What, then, is breaking my heart as I say goodbye?
