Ah, and. I don't like this thing where nice people suffer more; nice people get taken advantage of. 

Why should it be so? 

So, no. If you owe me money, pay me back. If you're driving recklessly, slow the heck down. If you're a douche, you're a douche. 

A spade is a spade; how nice I am doesn't change that...if I'm still considered nice at all. 

Interestingly, I think a lot more people have called me 'nice' after I learned this lesson.
