I still do not know whether what comes next will be better, or worse. 

And yet this is the sort of uncertainty that perhaps we all live with, every moment of our lives. And maybe we try to create structures that beat back this uncertainty. 

Maybe, just like being alone, it would be good if I could learn to live with this, unflinchingly.
