I dreamt there was a lump in my armpit. Just a tiny one. I was feeling it - skin? No, too deep to be a skin lump. A lymph node? 

I remember standing there with one hand feeling the lump, thinking, I have breast cancer? 

Am I going to die? 

But what have I ever done with my life? 

Just standing there, drawing a blank.
