Reading what commentators and "people on the ground" are saying about Trump's win, it seems eerily like Ayn Rand's world in Atlas Shrugged. I guess it may be true that everything is a cycle, because it seems we've regressed to a few decades ago.


On another note, I've asked my mom about this (but I suppose I should ask my dad instead), but really: According to who?

Who gets to decide these things? Who makes the rules, the guidelines, the recommendations—in essence, declaring what does and does not matter? I wish people would think!
